Naader “Naad” Banki is the founder and principal of Banki Law, PC. He spent the first 6 years of his legal career working at big-law firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, where he represented all manner of entertainment and corporate clients, ranging from multi video programming distributors, multichannel networks, songwriters, recording artists, touring musicians, actors, directors, startups, digital influencers, and many more. His practice ranges from all forms of corporate law, including formation and incorporation, general corporate housekeeping, or contract negotiations, and entertainment law, including music, film, television, gaming, and the digital industries.

Before founding Banki Law, PC, Naad spent time working at a variety of other companies, including Insomniac Events, Dim Mak Records, Underground Films, Monotone, UBS and Merrill-Lynch. Naad holds a JD from USC’s Gould School of Law (with separate certificates in Business Law and Entertainment Law) and a BA in Anthropology from USC’s Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, cum laude.
